Tender Filet Mignon with a Luxurious Shrimp-Lobster Sauce

Ingredients:

• 3 Filet Mignon Steaks (about 200 g each)

300 g shrimp, peeled and deveined

• 225 g cooked lobster meat

• 1.5 cups heavy cream

• 3/4 cup chicken broth

• 3 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 1/2 shallots, finely chopped

• 3 tablespoons butter

• 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Fresh chives for garnish

Instructions:

1. Season the Filet Mignon steaks with salt and pepper.

2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, until they reach the desired doneness. Remove from the pan and keep warm.

3. In the remaining fat, sauté the shallot and garlic until soft.

4. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil, then add the cream and simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.

5. Add the shrimp and lobster meat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through.

6. Arrange the steaks on plates and pour the sauce over them. Garnish with fresh chives.
